Partners Roberts Vaux and William F. Marscher III in 1972 established a law firm in the heart of the Lowcountry with the intention of providing a wide range of the highest quality legal services. Today, a quarter of a century later, the firm has accomplished that and much more.

Since its inception, the law firm has experienced steady growth to meet the ever changing needs and challenges of its clients in one of the fastest growing areas in the state of South Carolina.  It operates three offices, its main facility in rapidly growing greater Bluffton area, and two ancillary locations on Hilton Head Island and in Okatie. The firm consists of thirty employees, including twelve attorneys, and is capable of handling almost every type of legal work requested.
